• Do not send in original photographs.

• Photocopies are welcome; however please have them copied in color or in grayscale.

• You may send your photographs on floppy A or CD

• Please tell us as much as you can about the photograph. Ex: Individual’s names, date taken, place etc.

• If you wish to send photographs of anyone who is still living, please ensure that they give you their permission to do so.
